Associate attorney of Fleischmann & Román Abogados since 2023. He is part of the firm’s litigation and arbitration team.
In 2015, he took part in a summer internship in the litigation team of Bofill, Mir & Álvarez Jana Abogados.
Previously he worked as an associate attorney at Ugarte, Hernández & García Abogados (2017-2023).
His practice focuses mainly on the areas of highly complex litigation and arbitration in civil and commercial matters.
Felipe is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he was teacher assistant in the History of Law and Commercial Law departments.
In 2019, he got a diploma in “Current problems in Civil Liability Law” from the Universidad de Chile, where he approved with the highest grade and, in 2021, he got a diploma in “Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Law” from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated with honors.
