Associate attorney of Fleischmann & Román since 2023. He is part of the firm’s litigation and arbitration team.

Previously he worked as an associate attorney at LSAC Abogados in the litigation and arbitration team (2021-2023) and at Araya & Cía. Abogados (2021); also he was research paralegal at Morales & Besa (2018-2020); and did an intership at Barros & Errázuriz Abogados (2018) and at Gómez, Pallavicini & García Abogados (2018).

His practice focuses mainly on the areas of highly complex litigation and arbitration in civil and commercial matters.

Diego is a lawyer from the Universidad Diego Portales, university where he was teacher assistant in the Civil Law and Procedural Law departments. Currently he is teacher assistant in the course “Clauses in modern contracting” at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
