From 2008 to 2010, he worked in the litigation and arbitration area at Reymond & Fleischmann
Abogados, where he worked in matters of construction, infrastructure, and public works
concessions.
In the year 2015-2017, he worked as an associate attorney at the Fermandois Law Firm on
Constitutional and Administrative Law issues.
Between the years 2020-2022, Abogabir Miranda Abogados was a partner in charge of the area of
public litigation and Administrative Law.
He is a Lawyer from the Universidad de Los Andes (2009). Doctor of Law from the Universidad de
los Andes. (2010-2013).
Professor of the Law Chair of Administrative Law, Universidad de los Andes since 2014. Director of
the Magister in Administrative Law of the same house of study.
Professor of the Public Infrastructure course in the Administrative Law Diploma at the Pontificia
Universidad Católica de Chile.
He has participated as a speaker in talks and seminars on Public Law, Administrative Law, Public
Procurement, Construction and infrastructure, and has written various articles and columns on his
specialty.
